Andrew Neufeld: Physiotherapist, PT, BMR(PT) and Clinic Owner

Andrew is the owner of Niverville Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, a company he started in 2007.  He has over 25 years of clinical experience with a particular interest in orthopedics and vocational rehabilitation. He is committed to life-long learning and using evidence -based practice to create a unique treatment program for each of his clients. He is a former Board member of the Niverville Foundation and is a current Board member of the
Niverville Health Care Advisory Board.
In his spare time he enjoys reading and has recently begun a Master’s program. Andrew’s favorite thing about working in a small town is contributing to the growth and wellness of the town.

Taylor Arnott: Physiotherapist, PT, MPT, BKin

Taylor graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2018, and then a Master of Physical Therapy in 2020. Taylor has also completed all 3 levels with Pelvic Health Solutions. She has spent her career working with patients of all ages, with a variety of
injuries and conditions. Taylor utilizes different manual therapy techniques, patient education, and exercise programming to assist patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Taylor is an amazing part of our team here at Niverville Physiotherapy. Her bright smile and infectious personality create a fun and welcoming environment for both clients and co-workers. Taylor appreciates working where she lives in a small town and getting to know the community members. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys running or hiking with her dog Kona.

Simranpreet Kaur Physiotherapist PT, BPT (Exam Candidate)

Simranpreet Kaur, a dedicated and passionate physiotherapy professional who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from India. She has gained valuable clinical experience
working with both pediatric and geriatric populations, which has helped her build a strong foundation in patient-centered care across different age groups. In November 2025, she successfully cleared the written component of the Physiotherapy
Competency Examination (PCE), marking an important milestone in her professional journey in Canada. Currently, she is working at Niverville Physiotherapy, where she continues to gain hands-on experience and expand her clinical knowledge. She truly enjoys working in such a positive and productive environment, which supports her growth and enhances her ability to provide quality care to her patients. Simranpreet is always eager to learn and improve her skills. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring new places and spending quality time with her family.

Jenna Neufeld: Office Manager

Jenna is our Office Manager here at Niverville Physiotherapy and has been with the clinic since 2022. Here at Niverville Physiotherapy, Jenna will always be ready to greet you with a smile and do her best to assist with booking appointments, answering insurance questions and ensuring
your time at the clinic is a positive experience. Growing up on a farm outside of Ninette, MB, she has always enjoyed working in a smaller,
more connected community and getting to know everyone. Jenna graduated from the University
of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Education (2016) and currently lives in Winnipeg with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time
with her pets.

Louise Neufeld: HR & Accounts Manager

Louise is the heart of our
team here at Niverville Physiotherapy. She keeps things running smoothly and ensures everyone feels taken care of; both staff and clients. Her knowledge and experience make her an invaluable member of our team.
Louise has been with Niverville Physiotherapy since 2008. She grew up in the Interlake area and moved to Niverville in 2009 with her husband, Andrew. Together they own Niverville
Physiotherapy. Louise enjoys her job and all the amazing clients that she gets to meet. Outside of the clinic, she volunteers as a foster parent for Steinbach and Area Animal Rescue. To date, she has approximately 35 kittens that have come into her care, (and a few that have not left). Louise enjoys gardening, spending time with her husband and her cats and music. What she enjoys about living in a small town is the short commute to work and the deep community
connections.
